Returns and Exchanges

30 Day Returns Warranty
If you have received a defective or damaged item, or the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange/return the below requirements must be met:
- Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase
- Item must be returned with original packaging intact
Kindly note that after the watch has been adjusted to fit your wrist, the warranty is still valid but you cannot return the watch.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates.
