All of our watches and sunglasses are made according to the highest standards. Nonetheless, your product is covered by our limited warranty* against any defects in manufacturing. Basically, if the product doesn't function as described, and it's our fault, then we will repair or replace your product for free.

* This does not cover or include water damage, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches (which occur post delivery), strap damage (which occur post delivery), damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or theft.

The warranty for any JENTA BAY product is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

If the product is returned during the warranty period, JENTA BAY will repair or replace any defective part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.
