All of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If you don't receive your tracking information via email after that time then please get in touch and we will confirm.

Once your order has been processed then the approximate shipping times are:

Australia Post Network:
Australia: Express - FREE (1-2 business days)
New Zealand: $9.95 AUD (4-5 business days)
Rest of the world: $34.95 AUD (6-8 business days)

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Australia.

Please be aware that JENTA BAY does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by JENTA BAY, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

All of our watches and sunglasses are made according to the highest standards. Nonetheless, your product is covered by our limited warranty* against any defects in manufacturing. Basically, if the product doesn't function as described, and it's our fault, then we will repair or replace your product for free.

* This does not cover or include water damage, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches (which occur post delivery), strap damage (which occur post delivery), damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or theft.

The warranty for any JENTA BAY product is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

If the product is returned during the warranty period, JENTA BAY will repair or replace any defective part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.
